What we collect
Inquiry forms. When you request a quote or samples we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, country, your role, your message and any file you attach. We use them only to answer your inquiry and follow up on it.
Analytics and advertising measurement. We use Google Analytics 4 and, when we run search advertising, Google Ads conversion measurement. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland these Google tags load with every consent signal set to “denied” until you select “Accept”: no analytics or advertising cookies are set and only anonymous, cookieless signals are sent, which Google uses to estimate aggregate trends. For visitors elsewhere, measurement is on by default and you can select “Reject” in the privacy choice panel at any time. When measurement is on, the tags may set cookies to help us understand which pages are read, where visitors come from and which advertisement led to an inquiry; if you then submit an inquiry, a hashed version of your email address may be sent to Google to confirm that conversion. Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it; rejecting does not affect site functions. You can reopen “Analytics settings” in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choice.
Campaign attribution. If you arrive from an advertisement or a tagged link, the click identifier and campaign parameters in that link are kept in your browser for the visit (and longer only if you accepted measurement) and attached to any inquiry you send, so we can tell which campaign produced it. We may report to Google Ads that an inquiry from a given click later became a quotation or an order; this report contains the click identifier only, not your name or contact details.
Security. Our inquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your browser's characteristics to tell people from bots. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs including IP address for security and performance. We do not add your IP address to the inquiry record in our sales database.
How we store and share it
Inquiry data is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and forwarded to our sales mailbox by email. We share it with no one else, and we do not sell it. Emails to you are sent through Resend, our transactional email provider.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as a business relationship is possible, and at most five years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
