What we collect
Inquiry forms. When you request a quote or samples we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, country, your role, your message and any file you attach. We use them only to answer your inquiry and follow up on it.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand which pages are read and where visitors come from. This uses cookies. You can block them in your browser without affecting the site.
Security. Our inquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your browser's characteristics to tell people from bots. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs including IP address for security and performance.
How we store and share it
Inquiry data is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and forwarded to our sales mailbox by email. We share it with no one else, and we do not sell it. Emails to you are sent through Resend, our transactional email provider.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as a business relationship is possible, and at most five years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
