Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the selected construction and slit width. We confirm it in the written quotation after reviewing your requirement.
How long is the lead time?
Typically two to three weeks after order confirmation. Stocked constructions ship faster; new laminations or custom widths may take longer, and we confirm the date with the quotation.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are confirmed for each order and stated in the written quotation and proforma invoice.
Which trade terms do you quote?
The applicable trade term is confirmed in writing after the destination and shipping responsibility are agreed.
Do you publish prices?
Indicative ranges, yes — for our main constructions, at https://www.leetaiheng.com/pricing/. They are per linear metre for material at our factory in Shenzhen and exclude freight, insurance and duty. A firm price for your width, roll format and destination comes back in a written quotation.
Samples and specification
Can I get samples before ordering?
Sample availability and any related terms are confirmed after we identify the candidate construction.
Can you review a sample I already use?
Yes. Send a swatch or the current data sheet and tell us which characteristics must be matched. We then confirm what can be evaluated and supplied.
What should I include in my inquiry?
The application, the construction or a sample, roll width and length, core diameter, quantity, destination country and any fire or compliance standard you must meet.
Can you slit to my width?
Yes, within our slitting range. State the width your line needs and we confirm availability.
Do you provide technical data sheets?
Available data sheets and test reports are construction-specific. We identify the current documents and their scope in writing before an order.
Products
What is the difference between metallised PET and aluminium foil?
Metallised PET has a thin deposited metal layer on plastic film; aluminium foil is solid rolled metal. Their barrier, optical and handling properties depend on the complete construction, so we confirm the suitable roll only after reviewing the application.
Do you make finished products such as grow tents or enclosures?
No. We supply roll material only. Downstream converters carry out any further fabrication.
Are fire-rated grades available?
Fire performance cannot be assumed from a material name. Tell us the required standard and class; we will confirm whether a current report covers the exact construction offered.
Can the material be printed?
Printability depends on the PET surface and its treatment. Tell us the ink and process so we can confirm an appropriate roll grade in writing.
Do you supply clear, white, black or coloured PET as well as reflective film?
Yes. All are supplied by the roll; see the individual grade pages.
Quality and compliance
Which compliance documents are available?
Document scope varies by construction. We list only current document references that cover the exact material offered; ask for this list before ordering.
Can I audit the factory?
Contact us with the requested audit scope and timing; we will confirm availability in writing.
How do you control batch-to-batch consistency?
Acceptance criteria and available quality records are agreed for the selected construction and confirmed in the order documents.

How are rolls packed?
Packing is confirmed for the selected roll format and destination in the written quotation.
Which port do you ship from?
The loading point and shipping responsibility are confirmed in the written quotation for each destination.
