About this video
Leetaiheng Foil supplies reflective film and aluminum foil laminate roll goods from Shenzhen. This short film shows the four material families — Mylar (PET) film, aluminum foil laminates, reflective insulation and reflective woven laminates — how roll goods are slit to width, the four industries we supply, and how an order works: tell us the construction, width, roll format, application and destination, and we confirm the available specification, documentation and commercial terms in writing before an order. Lead time is typically 2–3 weeks after confirmation. We supply roll material only; all downstream conversion remains with the buyer or its converter.
About this video
How reflective laminate roll goods are made, drawn as a side-view line. The layers go in at their own widths (the film from a metalliser, the scrim from its loom) and the laminate is bounded by its narrowest layer. Laminating bonds them: in the common build, PVC bonds the metallised film to the polyester scrim and fills the weave. Builds bonded with a curing adhesive, typically woven laminates, foil-PE and most foil-foam, need time for the bond to develop before slitting; heat- or extrusion-bonded builds skip this wait. Slitting cuts the master roll to your width, and the strip left after the last full cut usually cannot be sold on. Cores, lengths and packing are confirmed per order.
