What the material has to do
A mirror-finish metallised surface returns well over 90% of incident light, but growers care as much about distribution as about the headline number. A diamond or grid emboss scatters light across the canopy instead of bouncing it back in one beam, reducing hot spots and lighting the edges of the room as well as the centre.
For tents, the reflective film is laminated to a woven scrim with a black outer face for light-proofing. For grow-room walls and greenhouse liners, plain metallised film or a white-faced version is used where a softer, more diffuse light is wanted.
Constructions we supply
Silver diamond, silver grid and satin-finish woven laminates with black or light second faces; white reflective film for propagation areas; plain metallised PET film for wall lining. Scrim density and roll width are specified to suit your cutting and sewing line.
MOQ, lead time and samples
We sell by the roll and quote per square metre or per roll, slit to your width within our slitting range. MOQ is flexible and trial orders are welcome; volume pricing applies from the first container. Lead time is typically two to three weeks after order confirmation; stocked constructions ship faster.
Ask for samples with your inquiry. We send swatches of each candidate construction so your team can test reflectivity, heat performance and handling before ordering a roll.
Quality and compliance
Materials are produced in our own 8,000 m² facility in Shenzhen. Lamination and slitting are controlled in-house, so reflectivity, colour and roll quality are consistent from batch to batch.
Our materials are screened for REACH and RoHS compliance, and the factory operates an ISO 14001 environmental management system. Fire-rated grades tested to EN 13501-1 or CPAI-84 are available on request. Third-party test reports are provided with the quotation for the construction you choose.
