Radiant barriers and reflective insulation
A radiant barrier is a foil surface facing an air gap: in a roof space it reflects summer heat back out and winter heat back in. Reflective insulation adds a bubble or foam core for resistance to conduction as well. Both rely on a clean, low-emissivity aluminium face; the emissivity of each construction is stated on its data sheet.
Service temperature depends on the construction: a pure foil-scrim laminate tolerates far more heat than a foil-bubble or foil-foam composite with a polyethylene core. We state the rated range for each construction on its data sheet, so tell us where the material will be installed and we will recommend the right one.
Constructions
Foil-scrim and foil-kraft laminates for radiant barriers and duct wrap; foil-bubble and foil-foam composites for reflective insulation; foil-PE and foil-PET laminates where a vapour barrier is required. Fire-rated grades are available for building applications that call for EN 13501-1 classification; perforated versions where breathability is needed.
MOQ, lead time and samples
We sell by the roll and quote per square metre or per roll, slit to your width within our slitting range. MOQ is flexible and trial orders are welcome; volume pricing applies from the first container. Lead time is typically two to three weeks after order confirmation; stocked constructions ship faster.

Quality and compliance
Materials are produced in our own 8,000 m² facility in Shenzhen. Lamination and slitting are controlled in-house, so reflectivity, colour and roll quality are consistent from batch to batch.
Our materials are screened for REACH and RoHS compliance, and the factory operates an ISO 14001 environmental management system. Fire-rated grades tested to EN 13501-1 or CPAI-84 are available on request. Third-party test reports are provided with the quotation for the construction you choose.

Which face should point towards the air gap?
The foil face must face an air gap to work as a radiant barrier. Pressed against another material, it conducts rather than reflects.
Do you supply cut lengths or only full rolls?
Full rolls are standard; slit widths and cut lengths are available for volume orders.
